In order to carry out studies and plans regarding disabled people effectively and efficiently, there is a need to obtain and compile current and valid information about disabled people through research. Statistical data is sufficient to produce strategies on disability, but when it is necessary to provide services, record-based data and databases are needed. Reaching disabled individuals is the most basic requirement in order to carry out the services provided for disabled people effectively and efficiently.
The main goal of the Local Disabled Database project carried out by Alanya Municipality Barrier-Free Parking and Life Center is to ensure that the personal and disability-related information of our disabled citizens residing in Alanya are included in a central database, to share this information with social partners providing services to disabled people and to adapt their disability policies accordingly. to determine accordingly.
